I am currently recruiting for a School Manager to join my HE client in supporting the Academic Director at a new branch campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strategic operational targets are achieved as well as the day-to-day operations of the HE functions across the Business School.
Essential Criteria:
- PG degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in leading the HE quality lifecycle (compliance, QA, student satisfaction etc
- Working knowledge and experience in leading HE student appeals, complaints and academic misconduct
- Lead student experience and student voice
