Freelance Site Engineer
Full Time | Monday to Friday

Rate is £350 per day depending on experience
We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to carry out setting out on 2 projects in the Northeast.
The role will require an engineer who is competent with setting out, QA / QC and As Built Surveys on behalf of the Principal Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute on-site engineering tasks, including surveying and setting out.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Adhere to safety standards and quality control measures.
What we're looking for
- Extensive experience working on Civils projects as a Setting Out Engineer
- A Degree / HND in Civil Engineering
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage & trouble-shoot technical issues & meet deadlines
Remuneration
- This is a freelance position and you will be engaged through Search Consultancy for the duration of the project.
- The rate is £350 per day
