What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading procurement efforts, ensuring that contracts are robust, secure, and aligned with operational goals.
  • Collaborating with functional leads and our procurement team to craft and deliver a forward-looking procurement plan.
  • Managing the Contracts Library, where you'll be the go-to person for ensuring all contracts are up-to-date, correctly assigned, and ready for renewal when needed.
  • Nurturing relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service providers deliver what they promise—on time and within budget.
  • Delivering a monthly procurement report that highlights risks, achievements, and plans for the future.
