We are looking for Assembly operatives to join our client in South Molton, a global leader within the aerospace industry.
- Job Title: Assembly Operative
- Hours: Core Day Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 4:45 PM, Friday 8 AM - 12 PM;
Rotating Shifts: Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2 PM/2 PM - 10 PM;
- Job Type: Full Time; Temp Ongoing;
- Pay Rate: Core Days - £11.44/ph; Double Days - £13.17/ph (6-2), £14.30/ph (2-10)
- Location: South Molton
Your role as an Assembly Operative:
- Preparing and Assembling mechanical and electrical kit components
- Using measuring tools to check accuracy of components in line with company procedures
- Reporting any Health and Safety issues
- Rectify errors or by taking appropriate corrective action
- Working to job card deadlines
Skills required as an Assembly Operative:
- Ability to read drawings
- Proficient using measuring tools
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Attention to detail
- Good dexterity

- Full training provided (production or electronics background advantageous)
- Upon successfully completing the trial period opportunity to go perm will be available
- For the Temporary period weekly pay, then monthly
