This role reports to E-retail Trade Marketing Manager and has a direct impact on the growth & development of Online E-retail accounts in the UK & Ireland. This role works closely with the internal marketing team & sales team and encompasses transversal responsibilities across the business. You will be working closely with our E-retailers making sure that our brand is well represented on sites, our NPD is launched and all marketing activations are well executed. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment, enjoys new challenges and is looking to develop their skillset in beauty retail marketing & management. Beauty experience is not required but must have a strong interest in the Beauty industry ? 1 to 2 years of experience in E-Retail or Account management ? Understanding of retailer landscape ? Interested in keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, retailer's data analysis & insight ? Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint ? Attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to organise workload in the most effective manner ? Creative and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment ? Self-starter, proactive, and able to show initiative and take full ownership of given tasks ? Resilient and flexible, able to handle multiple projects at one time ? A positive, can-do attitude and team player

Online Marketing Executive

Ensure all key trading moments are well executed within a 360-market activation plan. • Liaise with the Global Creative team to have assets created for all agreed trade activations. • Support E-Retailer Manager to build engaging product pages and new asset creation. • Support the E-Retail Manager with the launch of new e-retailer openings, work with Global creative team to ensure assets are made available with correct sizing and naming of the full catalogue. Ensure the complete product matrix is submitted prior to launch. • Managing critical paths for all NPD launches. • Submit all necessary assets and new line forms in line with new launches. • Support E-Retail Manager with arranging GWP and Sampling send-outs. • Support UK marketing team in the management of marketing plans. • Support the Head of Marketing with digital components of any third-party campaigns. BRAND PERFORMANCE - SALES AND STOCK MONITORING • Review online stock position with all online retail partners ensuring all lines are live with no unavoidable OOS. • Compile weekly reports of online retail stock to all relevant stakeholders to pre-empt any product availability issues. • Monitor retailer trade & promotional activity reporting to optimise brand performance. • Monitor daily online e-retailer and pure player sites for inclusions and ensure the brand is correctly represented. • Work closely with the supply chain team to follow sampling orders / NPD stock and ensure stock is available for future activations ONLINE BRAND OPTIMISATION • Ensure brand image is correctly represented across the E-retail landscape with a focus on brand categorisation, search terms, PDPs, brand page and retailer-specific features • Create quarterly E-retailer review with a focus on brand audit • Review asset packs provided by the Global Creative team and update online retail sites. Create asset proposal for any PDP updates, ensuring they are provided within the necessary time frame and renamed/resized as per retailer guidelines. • Send product samples for retailer shooting, for both core & novelty focuses. Track exposure for future reference. • Competitor analysis on best-in-class Brand Spaces and PDPs to aid optimisation of our presence online to improve PDP assets across the full catalogue. MARKETING • Support the UK marketing team in the management of marketing plans • Support in executing 360 marketing plans including social media executions, asset production and post-campaign analysis • Monitor and evaluate the brand and portfolio performance, trends and competitive landscape to strengthen the strategy and identify new opportunities • Support the follow-up orders/status (Sampling, beauty box) with the Stock team • Any other duties deemed necessary by management
