About the Role:As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the company's credit policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting business customers regarding overdue payments
- Negotiating repayment plans for customers in financial difficulties
- Setting up and maintaining customer files
- Processing payments and performing bank reconciliations
- Initiating legal proceedings for unpaid debts
- Producing and sending collection letters
- Liaising with internal departments and assisting with new business acquisitions
