The GRC Group are currently recruiting for a Programme Manager to join their team. They are seeking a dynamic ‘hands-on' business programme manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of multiple integration projects both within the transformation programme and newly required business as required.

About the job
This role is based within the Strategic Delivery Team, reporting to the Integration Director. The role involves working across the GRC divisions and must be able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels across the group (including at executive level), whilst supporting change leadership. As a business built from multiple acquisitions, we have a complex landscape - so strong experience integrating processes, systems and teams is essential, with international experience a bonus.

About you

You will be a strategic leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a track record of overseeing concurrent projects to successful completion.

The preferred candidate will have a blend of business and technical programme management with a track record of success in the service sector. They will ideally have experience in establishing and embedding cross selling / internal sales teams; and experience of merging teams or integrating acquired businesses.

Where you'll be working
The role will be remote, the candidate must be UK based and the role will involve some travel.
