About the Company:
Our client is a leading Engineered products manufacturer based in the North East of England. With over 50 years of experience in machining and assembling critical components and systems, they are a market leader in specialised products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate technical quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate receipt of internal and external documentation to meet customer quality requirements.
- Produce accurate documentation packs electronically to support on-time delivery of customer products.
- Review vendor documentation and communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance.
- Manage queries and provide timely resolutions to support customer needs.
- Support customers and third-party inspectors both on-site and remotely.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in evaluating technical quality information.
- Technical background, ideally with an understanding of engineering processes.
- Highly organised and able to work independently.
- Customer-focused with a right-first-time mentality.
- Professional, confident, and eager to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
