About the Company:
Our client is a leading Engineered products manufacturer based in the North East of England. With over 50 years of experience in machining and assembling critical components and systems, they are a market leader in specialised products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate technical quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate receipt of internal and external documentation to meet customer quality requirements.
  • Produce accurate documentation packs electronically to support on-time delivery of customer products.
  • Review vendor documentation and communicate with suppliers to ensure compliance.
  • Manage queries and provide timely resolutions to support customer needs.
  • Support customers and third-party inspectors both on-site and remotely.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in evaluating technical quality information.
  • Technical background, ideally with an understanding of engineering processes.
  • Highly organised and able to work independently.
  • Customer-focused with a right-first-time mentality.
  • Professional, confident, and eager to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
