Employer: Follicular Lymphoma Foundation

Salary: £45,000 - £56,000 per annum

Full-time role (open to consider reduced hours role of 30 hours per week), hybrid working: min 1 day per week in NW London office

A senior and strategic role has arisen within our groundbreaking cancer research charity, as we experience rapid growth. Based in London, our organisation has ambitious expansion plans - we are looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to capitalise on the strong networks and high net worth relationships we have sourced, to build on the momentum already in place.

If you are looking for a unique opportunity to join an organisation poised to make a real name for itself, and to bring positive life-changing research to the lives of cancer sufferers then we would like to hear from you. We work flexibly and have embraced hybrid working, we have a contributory pension, holidays and a Christmas shutdown period. Most importantly though, we have a passionate team and enjoy an innovative work environment.

This will be a key role within the company, reporting to a US-based VP and working closely with a close-knit UK team. The primary stakeholders will be the Founders - the successful candidate will be able to quickly build a close working relationship with them, taking great care to nurture their already established leads in order to strengthen prospect growth among individual, foundation, corporate donors and grant-making organisations.

We are looking for an articulate and passionate individual, someone with a proven track record in managing the operational delivery of annual UK fundraising programmes and demonstrated experience in successfully delivering strategic priorities to meet operational plans and targets.

Key skills and experience we are looking for include being able to appropriately tailor funding proposition approaches to a range of potential donors, developing and delivering meticulously planned donor cultivation events, collaborating with internal and external marcomms and events teams, and building strong relationships that last to benefit the organisation.

If you would like to be part of this team and think you are the perfect candidate for this role, we would love to hear from you.
