Colchester based
Our client based in Colchester are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join them starting ASAP, this role will be to work alongside 2 other payroll administrators and is due to growth within the function.
Responsibilities
- Processing of maternity, sickness, shared parental leave, paternity leave and other absences in line with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Using Fourth, experience in excel is essential
- Preparations of payslips and P45's
- Assisting in producing P60's and P11D's
- Supporting the rest of the payroll team and wider business
- Providing reports as required by the business
Experience
- Good knowledge of excel such as VLOOKUPS
- Experience using Fourth beneficial, but not essential
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
