Your new company
You will be working for a large financial services company in Central London.
The first 3 months of this role will require 100% office based however this will then go to a hybrid model.
Your new role
You will be working as a Temporary HR Advisor for an initial 12 month period to cover a maternity leave in the team.
The purpose of this role is to provide a full range of generalist HR support to employees in the UK office, covering HR related process administration and implementation, recruitment, reward, career and talent development and employee relations.
The primary focus involves the provision of key technical and generalist advice to line management and employees on the implementation of Company people practices consistent with the business agenda, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and with a focus on continuous improvement of our tools and processes. Additional responsibilities of the role holder will include project management of local initiatives in support of the global HR team and agenda.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have previous experience in a generalist HR position. This role is open to candidates who are at HR Admin/Assistant level who are interested in a step up to HR Advisor.
Ideally you will have experience working in the financial services industry however this is not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a daily rate based on an annual salary of between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on previous experience.
