Typical hours and pay rates as a Warehouse Operative:
Induction date Thursday 16/05/2024 with work starting Friday 17/05/2024
Pay rate: From £12.30 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Rotating shifts AM 06:00 - 14:00 and PM 14:00 - 22:00 switching Weekly between AM and PM hours.
Shifts pattern and hours are non-negotiable, these are only for placements for Full time shifts on Rotating shift pattern only.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Willing to handle Alcohol, i.e wine bottles
- General labouring duties as a warehouse operative
- Good level of communication
- Adhering to and upholding strict Health and Safety standards
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:
- Picking and Packing items ready for distribution
- Using a handheld scanner to sort items
- Boxing items on a line/station and rework area
- Manual Lifting involved (up to 23 KG)
- Unloading & Loading containers
- Wrapping and Unwrapping Pallets
- Adhering to and upholding strict Health and Safety standards
Requirements:
PPE is required, but we can provide this
