### **Role Overview:**
As an HLTA with Veritas Education, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Supporting Learning:** Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- **Individual and Group Support:** Providing targeted support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- **Lesson Planning:** Collaborating with teachers to plan and prepare resources for lessons.
- **Classroom Management:** Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- **Progress Monitoring:** Tracking and reporting on student progress to ensure educational goals are met.

### **Requirements:**
- **HLTA Qualification:** A recognized HLTA status or equivalent.
- **Experience:** Previous experience working as an HLTA or in a similar educational support role.
- **Passion for Education:** A genuine interest in supporting student learning and development.
- **Strong Communication Skills:** The ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
- **Commitment to Safeguarding:** A clear DBS check and commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
