Job Advert: Contracts Administrator
Location: Knowsley, Merseyside
Salary: £23,800 - £28,000 dependant on experience/qualifications
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Remuneration Package: 31 days holiday (inc 8 days bank holiday) uniform, laptop, phone & vehicle allowance/allocated vehicle
Our client is a leading building contractor specialising in working with social housing landlords across the North West. They are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join a growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the scheduling of works and ensure projects are delivered on time.
- Work with National Federation rates, providing accurate cost estimates and overseeing contract compliance.
- Liaise with social housing landlords and internal teams to coordinate works and ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain accurate records of works, contracts, and costs.
- Provide administrative support to the contract management team, ensuring all projects adhere to company standards and legal requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous planning experience in a similar role.
- Experience with National Federation rates and the ability to schedule up works.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
