This busy but organised operation, host around 70 weddings per year as well as other events and functions. They have a multi rosetted restaurant that is enjoyed by the guest when they are staying at the hotel. They have a collection of 50 luxurious bedrooms.

What's involved?
As a Head Chef, you will oversee the section and manage your time effectively, while collaborating with the brigade of 10. You will supervise the kitchen team, ensuring that they prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently according to the menu specifications. You will also manage the food offering across all the events, across the two kitchens.
Previous experience in a busy function and wedding venue is a must.
