Description
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Events coordination
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support department heads and staff with administrative tasks
- Meetings and travel scheduling
- Overseeing of site activity
- Distribute and store correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)
Profile
A successful Office Administrator should have:
- A degree or proven track record in Business Administration/Office coordination
- Completion of/working towards CIPD level free would support your application
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proven track record in conducting HR practices
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry is desirable
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
Job Offer
