We are searching for an efficient Office Administrator in Bolton to independently handle the day-to-day tasks within a manufacturing site, whilst also engaging in HR-related projects and practices

Description

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Events coordination
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support department heads and staff with administrative tasks
  • Meetings and travel scheduling
  • Overseeing of site activity
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.)

Profile

A successful Office Administrator should have:

  • A degree or proven track record in Business Administration/Office coordination
  • Completion of/working towards CIPD level free would support your application
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proven track record in conducting HR practices
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
  • Previous exposure to the manufacturing industry is desirable
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer
