My client a fabulous Tech related organisation is seeking a true superstar who can be trained to be responsible for several Telecom related client accounts/projects.
This role requires someone who is technically adept, who is highly organised (lots of plate spinning and ever-changing priorities!) and is highly numerate and literate.
As well as great training you will be joining a positive team of people where success and development is the norm. 20 days holiday, free parking, loads of social events and outings plus a fabulous chill out area. Dress down Fridays. Hours of work are 8.30-5.30pm Monday- Thursday with a 4 pm finish on Friday.
Role Duties
- Managing the full installation process from initial contact through to full set up of contracted services
- Ordering equipment and kit from specialist suppliers
- Coordination of delivery and order workloads
- Full order processing and order management
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Tracking orders and managing delivery issues
- Providing progress reports
- Extensive liaison with various suppliers and internal departments The Candidate
- A strong and effective communicator
- Highly numerate and tech savvy
- Able to multitask and deliver to timescales
- Process driven and highly accurate
- A quick learner with a thirst for learning and acquiring new skills
- Any interest in Telecoms, Tech Or engineering would be great!
