Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering outsourcing services to a diverse client portfolio.
- Providing guidance to colleagues on work assignments, whilst also supporting their development.
- Overseeing the maintenance of clients' books and records.
- Reviewing the work of junior team members and offering constructive feedback.
- Preparing tailored management reports for various clients.
- Utilizing comprehensive VAT expertise, including the preparation and submission of VAT returns.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum AAT qualified.
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems.
- Client-facing experience.
