Registered Manager

Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for Registered Manager - Adult Care.
The client provides support to adults with learning disabilities and autism within their own homes through supported living services. You will manage your staff team of Service Managers, who in turn are ensuring supervisions, team meetings, work and medication observations, probation and appraisals are all completed in line with KPIs set.
We are looking for candidates who have

  • Experience in Social Services and Local Authorities
  • Health & Social Care degree and/or management qualification within healthcare or equivalent
  • Knowledge of CQC and current legislations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Extensive experience of management at a senior level
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills
