The Role:
As a Nursery Manager, you will be contributing to the development of their philosophy, cultivating an inclusive and positive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational management and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coach and motivate the team, ensuring best practices.
- Conduct regular child progress reviews.
- Foster team happiness and retention.
- Increase occupancy rates while maintaining nursery values.
Requirements:
- Previously worked for at least 3 years as a Nursery Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record with Ofsted inspections (Good/Outstanding ratings).
- Prior management experience in large, active settings.
- Knowledge of nursery financials and inspection frameworks.
- Early years degree would be preferred.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS check.
