Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Providing full Quantity Surveying services; including cost planning, procurement advice, cost reporting and value engineering.
- Ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Developing and maintaining cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct cost and value analysis including cost risk analysis and providing recommendations to the client.
Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
- Experience working on infrastructure projects.
- NEC contract experience.
- MRICS or actively working towards MRICS status.
- Strong financial management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full driving license.
- Willingness to travel within the UK.
