Role and Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting children in Year 5 by:
- Offering tailored 1:1 and small group support to help students with Autism and ADHD build confidence and develop essential skills.
- Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalized learning strategies.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages independence.
- Assisting with classroom management and utilising effective strategies to support positive behaviour.
Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience working with children with Autism and/or ADHD.
