Project Engineer

Posted by Hartland Recruitment & Advertising Limited.

My clients design liquid processing solutions for the food, dairy, beverage, water, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Frequently mechanical, containing pipework, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, mixing and dosing, flow control, blending systems.

I am searching for a PROJECT ENGINEER who can appraise a customers' requirement, then assist in designing a solution, and then when the order has been won, to manage that project through design and build to its conclusion.

Skills: Engineering-wise, it requires a Mechanical Engineer with Autocad CAD experience, and some process engineering experience. Ideally - an Engineer who has a knowledge of liquid processing, can design a system from a mixture of flow control, liquid control, valve, pump, separators, vessels, thermal issues, mixing, dosing, and (not as an expert, but basic knowledge of) electrical and control elements- then who has the organisational skills to bring all of those parts together and take the project through to the customers site and its handover, organising Engineers to do the final commissioning of the system on site.

You'll join a multinational engineering company often seen as a leading expert in its field across the world. It's commutable from Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. BUT HYBRID 3 days office, 2 days home makes this easier.

Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 + Company Car + Benefits, Bonus etc
