Data Insights & Reporting Manager

Summary of role
You will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to drive commercial decision-making and operational improvements across Babington.You will support to deliver Babington's strategic objectives by ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful data analysis, and will work closely with various departments to enhance data literacy and optimise the use of data across the business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the collection, storage, and organisation of data from various sources within the organization.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing robust data validation and quality control processes.
- Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualisations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and commercial, operational and financial metrics.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organisation by promoting data literacy and providing training on use and navigation of data tools.
- Lead and manage data-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytical support.
Skills & Experience
- Level 3 Data related qualification
- Advanced Excel User - to include Macros, Complex formulae, Power Pivot, linking to external data sources.
- Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Power BI and DAX to connect to data sources, transform data and publish refreshable reports.
- Experience of Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps or alternative data integration tools
- Experience of Power Platform specifically Power Apps & Power Automate.
