Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Groundworker on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Groundworker:
- Deliveries to site from our store /yard and suppliers.
- Assisting set ups.
- Clearing sites.
- Maintaining a tidy site.
- Semi skilled works dependent on experience.
Skills and Qualifications for the Groundworker:
- Clean driving licence.
- Minimum 3 years construction experience.
- Promote the company's principles, spirit, and ethos.
- Motivate employees, encourage work ethic, and resolve issues/conflict.
- Identify and implement positive changes in cost reduction and waste elimination.
- Execute established business, tasks and responsibilities.
- Meet and exceed organisational goals with optimum use of resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance, adhering to legislation, policies and procedures.
