Tallgrass Recruitment are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant in Edinburgh or Glasgow who can cover and assist with our existing clients in Scotland.
- WFH 5 Days Per week.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Nurture excellent relationships with clients and candidates in Scotland.
- Meet and exceed your targets
- Be involved in client sales and engagement from initial prospecting through to negotiation of contracts and delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal skills especially in communication, persuasion and presentational skills

- Experience of working in the recruitment sector (Financial Services.)
- Experience of the full delivery of recruitment services in Permanent Placements.
- The ability to use technology to work more efficiently and effectively

- Account Manager for our exisiting clients in Scotland and make sure all roles are being fulfilled.
