We're seeking a talented
Level 2 Application Support Engineer
to join our growing team in Belfast and contribute to our global support efforts for our core products, used by leading financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level support for our products.
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth operations.
- Work collaboratively within our local and global teams.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in customer support for financial services.
- Strong understanding of support processes and ability to adapt to change.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
- Knowledge of financial services concepts, including market data and order entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Networking and deployment management experience.
- Proficiency in common scripting languages for automation.
- Familiarity with FX, FI, and Crypto markets.
- Understanding of messaging protocols, such as FIX and ITCH.
