We are looking for a Technical Support Officer within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector to provide top-notch secretarial and business support.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Technical Support Officer candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide first-line technical support to team members.
  • Direct contact with supplier to request information for schemes.
  • Prepare and maintain all technical documentation.
  • Raise potential issues of non-compliance to Customer Technical Manager.
  • Develop and maintain database of raw material and customer compliance to schemes.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
