Description
The key responsibilities of a Technical Support Officer candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide first-line technical support to team members.
- Direct contact with supplier to request information for schemes.
- Prepare and maintain all technical documentation.
- Raise potential issues of non-compliance to Customer Technical Manager.
- Develop and maintain database of raw material and customer compliance to schemes.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
