I have recently partnered with one of the markets leading Benefits Platform to assist them in recruiting for a New Business Sales Executive.
The business engages with leading mid-to-enterprise companies across the UK to sell them their online benefits platform, and they work with several leading logos. They have a turnover of approx. £40 million, making them one of the leading benefits providers in this space.
Your new role
The New Business Sales Executive will be responsible for initiating, managing, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients; developing each opportunity to convert to the sale of one of the company's solutions. Qualify and progress opportunities to meet sales targets that are set and report on your pipeline to the Sales Director.
What you'll need to succeed
- Preferred knowledge of selling SaaS solutions into the UK Contingent Workforce Sector
- Proven track record in sales
- Proficient in SFDC SalesCloud CRM
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent literacy & numeracy skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated
- Team player & are able to build relationships.
- Knowledge of the employee benefits, HR Sector markets or Contingent Workforce Market (preferred)
- Prior experience working in the Human Resources sector (preferred)
