Exciting intergovernmental organisation based in Macclesfield currently seeking a HR Systems Analyst to join their dynamic HR team on a permanent basis. An exciting and unique opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced HR systems professional.

Your New Job

Within your new role as HR Systems Analyst, as part of the global HR team, you will be responsible for the management and development of the HR systems, supporting the needs of the HR Strategy.
You will lead the design, delivery and coordination of the data and management information, establishing dynamic processes and reports to drive continuous improvement of HR reporting and excellent governance of HR data. This includes a focus on reward management.

Some of your key responsibilities;

  • Development of the HR systems to meet the requirements of the HR Team. This includes HR system upgrade and ERP integration.
  • Development, interpretation and critical analysis of effective management information to drive continuous improvement of HR system processes and to support effective decision making.
  • Development and production of reporting dashboards against key KPI's, in particular relating to recruitment, diversity, capability and reward.
  • Modelling and analysis to support HR policy development and process improvement
  • Working collaboratively with the HR Service Delivery Team to design and implement procedures which minimise and correct data errors and inconsistencies
  • Adherence to global data protection principles, including processes to ensure effective data archiving.
  • Develop as the HR system expert and owner of data, providing training to colleagues as required
  • Work with key stakeholders, globally, to deliver requirements of the role, building strong long-lasting relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful post holder will have strong data analytical experience, specifically within a HR environment. An understanding of HR processes and lifecycles is essential.
