Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the update service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Providing tailored support to students with learning difficulties in and outside the classroom.
- Assisting teachers in delivering lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Helping students with academic challenges and encouraging inclusion.
- Supporting students with homework, assignments, and exam prep.
- Building positive relationships to support students' emotional and personal development.
- Collaborating with specialists like psychologists and therapists to enhance learning support.
- Monitoring and reporting on student progress to teachers and parents.
