We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Director to join a leading PropTech company, driving the growth of their service and insight offerings. This rapidly expanding, well-funded organization has a strong client base across the legal and property sectors. Known for fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and passion, the company offers an exciting, fast-paced environment where fresh ideas are encouraged.
In this role, the Senior Business Development Director will work closely with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams, leveraging consultative sales strategies to secure new business and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual sales targets by securing new business
- Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new leads and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with sales teams across the broader business group
- Maintain and manage client data through Salesforce
- Contribute to strategic direction and support market expansion efforts
About You:
- Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally within the legal, real estate, or PropTech sectors
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with exceptional planning and time management abilities
- Experience mentoring and coaching sales teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage
This is a remote postion with travel required to client and partner offices across the UK.
