Quantity Surveyor
Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role? Are you looking for a new freelance role? Have you previously worked on healthcare projects?
I am currently looking for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a long term project for a Main Contractor. This is a national contractor who is looking for additional support on a healthcare project. You will be reporting directly into the Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally experience & competent in the use of P22 NEC Contract Administration, processes & procedures
- Previous recent exposure to P22 / HealthCare Projects
- Running of own projects with Lead Commercial & self-sufficient responsibilities
- Healthcare experience
- NEC3 experiemce
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
