Role: Post Completion Manager
Experience: Paralegal / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Solicitor
Salary: £24,000 - £35,000* DOE
Location: Brierly Hill
Benefits: Full Time & Part Time available, Permanent, Office based with potential for hybrid, onsite parking, onsite support staff.
Here at Simpson Judge we are proud to be assisting one of our long standing clients in their search for an experienced and qualified conveyancer, that is either based locally to the Brierly Hill area or able to commute to the office 5 days a week.
This role will see you joining a well established firm with a full local client base and onsite support team members to assist you from day one. Your primary responsibility will be to deal with post completion administrative tasks and to liaise with clients and team members and referrers in addition to dealing with general enquiries, phone calls and general office administrative tasks. Managing the Post Completion Assistant and delegating work to the Assistant.
About you:
- At least 2 years working on your own Residential Property files from inception to completion.
- Personable.
- Able to work well using own initiative
- Pro-active and driven
- Strong ICT skills
- Priorities tasks
- Meet deadlines
- Produce clear and accurate documents
- Return telephone calls to clients
