Brand Manager – Immunology, UK and ROI

Location: Basingstoke (3 days per week required in the office, 2 working from home)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay rate: £26.64 per hour

Reporting to the Associate Director Dermatology and Rheumatology Brand Leader UK&ROI, this role will form part of a marketing team developing our promotional offerings and ultimately ensuring great customer experiences. In the role you will be involved in leading the implementation of different projects and localisation of global materials. The role will include a lot of cross-functional work and it is key to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive to accelerate the progress in customer beliefs to drive prescribing behaviours within priority accounts
  • Identification of barriers in pursuit of delivering an exceptional customer experience and to ensure execution excellence of the Operational Plan for 2025 and beyond
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams to ensure Brand- and project success (Sales, PRA, Medical, OCE etc.)
  • Seek commonalities and opportunities for synergies, to help reduce volume of work and maximise efficiencies
  • Solutions developed should enhance the customer experience by utilising OCE
  • Ensure adherence to integrity and compliance in all that we do

Brand Strategy Execution

Strategic Brand Execution

  • Support Customer Plan Development, in line with Global Brand Strategy and as part of the annual Integrated Planning Approach Framework
  • Participate in Specialty Marketing project groups for tactic/channel planning and execution to deliver on our prioritised projects as well as business plan goals

Support for Field-Based Personnel

  • Engage appropriate field based colleagues in the implementation of marketing tactics
  • Develop partnerships and engagement with sales representatives, particularly with NTA, CDM team and sales leaders
  • Attend sales meetings to provide direction as necessary
  • Ensure the needs of RBM's and field leads are understood
  • Maintain excellent communication with customer facing teams

Marketing and Medical Interactions

  • Understand and lead appropriate Marketing and Medical interactions
  • Develop customer and market perspectives with Medical

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong project management skills
  • Self- motivated and able to prioritise
  • Strong team player
  • A solid compliance mindset, demonstrated integrity on the job, and ability to lead others in producing high quality, compliant work
  • Analytical skills; analysing sales figures, market conditions and competitor performances.
  • Enthusiastic, curious, and flexible with high learning agility.
  • Technical marketing knowledge preferable
  • Technical knowledge of NHS health policy and commissioning is preferable
