Job Title: Administrator
Location: Burgess Hill
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
?? Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation in Burgess Hill, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team.
?? RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and register customers and suppliers
- Manage daily staffing and attendance records for fire safety
- Answer non-sales-related inquiries and arrange travel for management and directors
- Assist with scheduling for the Senior Management
- Provide meeting support and take notes
- Attend board meetings to compile and distribute notes, and follow up on tasks
- Handle expense claims and credit control and manage petty cash and credit card receipts
- Maintain financial and HR document filing and archiving
- Perform general office tasks as needed
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects
?? EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Computer literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- The role will provide administrative support across the business and an opportunity to develop financial skills and knowledge with support from the finance team
