As Client Relationship Senior Manager you will be joining a fast-growing dynamic accountancy and business advisory firm with multiple offices across the North West. You should be ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent with with relevant experience within a similar environment.
The roles involves strong teamwork as well as direct interaction with clients and colleagues so self-confidence and good interpersonal skills are essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Client Relationship Senior Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Qualified, ideally with practicing certificate or able to obtain (say in 12-18 months), with a number of years PQE
- Experience of handling a client portfolio
- Advising on tax planning and remuneration strategies
- Reviewing accounts under FRS102/FRS105
- Training and development of staff
- Managing deadlines and staff workloads
- OMB, family companies, LLP's sole traders and partnership experience required
- Business development experience desirable
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- ACA/ ACCA Qualified or equivalent
- Practicing Certificate – preferred but not essential
- Experience of managing own complex portfolio of client accounts
- Experience of tax planning
- Experience of reviewing the accounts of junior team member
- Experience of training and developing less senior staff
- Business Development experience preferred
