This is a conveyancing role with a difference. A very rare opportunity to work with a leading firm who count some of the country's most recognised financial institutions as their clients.
This is a small specialist team who are considered experts in the field, they have a great reputation for both their work and how they look after their team. Many of the team have worked with them for a number of years.
You shall work closely with the Solicitors and assist them with conveyancing transactions, whilst commercial lending experience is advantageous it's not essential. What you do need is a solid understanding of the Scottish conveyancing system, have the ability to undertake searches, prepare documentation and assist with transactions as directed.
This is a fee earning role but you DON'T have an individual fee target, there's not pressure to meet them, the team work collectively and there is enough good quality work to be shared equally.

If you want to work in the office 5 days per week that's great, if you'd like hybrid, you can, after a successful probationary period, work 3 days in the office 2 days from home.
