Sous Chef or Chef de Partie shifts available
£16.00 - £18.00 per hour - Weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu and standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and smooth service during busy periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Develop new menu items and specials in line with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as necessary, minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a similar role.
- Passion for cooking and a strong understanding of various culinary techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver exceptional dishes consistently.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
