The Role
- Lead the operations team to deliver an exceptional level of service
- Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Identify, design, and implement transformative process improvements
- Embed cutting-edge technology solutions to streamline and enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance
- Oversee budgets, resources, and operational plans
- Support the professional development of team members
- Line manage the small Operations team
- Partner with the Directors to execute company objectives
The Candidate
- Proven experience in an operations management role
- Ideally experience within a consultancy or a similar fast-paced environment
- A self-starter who is proactive and on-the-ball
- Natural problem solver who is strategic and technologically adept
- Highly organised with exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Collaborative team player
Comes with:
Salary up to £60k
