Cash Allocation Clerk - Worksop – £24,000

Cash Allocation Clerk Responsibilities:
- Reconciling a high volume of customer payments and ensure accurate and timely allocation
- Reviewing & investigation of unallocated cash
- Processing refunds on customer credit balances in line with G4S procedures
- Adjusting the receivables ledger where required
- Processing customer credit/debit card payments
- Actioning any inbound email queries
- Assisting with any audit requirements
- Ensuring that month end tasks are completed within agreed timescales
- Looking for process improvement opportunities for FSSC service delivery
- Working to a daily team target set by the team leader
- Any other ad hoc tasks as required
Required Skills & Experience:
- A good understanding of the Accounts Receivable process
- An understanding of SAP, Oracle, and/or other Finance systems
- You must live within reasonable commuting distance of Worksop
Desirable:
- Experience of collaborating with customers to resolve queries and issues
- Experience of working in a busy Finance environment
