Major Players are working with an independent digital and design agency based in East London who collaborate with some of the world's most ambitious, innovative, and game-changing businesses.

We are seeking a proactive Digital Services Manager to manage website support requests and oversee website project development. This role involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client website support requests via email and phone using Slack.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to CMS, code, and third-party integrations, focusing on WordPress.
  • Create detailed developer briefs in Notion and coordinate resources with the studio manager.
  • Test fixes to ensure satisfactory resolution and manage security updates for WordPress sites.
  • Identify additional work opportunities based on client needs and handle commercial aspects of fixes.
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and escalate potential risks to senior team members.
  • Manage website projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects meet goals and requirements.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams using tools like Figma and Miro.
  • Support account management tasks, including billing and client communication.

Objectives:

  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality project delivery.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide digital insights.
  • Act as an extension of the client's team, understanding their goals and objectives.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years + in digital project management, service delivery, or related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve client issues effectively.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills for maintaining client relationships and leading meetings.
