My client are a global freight forwarder they are looking for an experienced Transport Planner to join their team. You MUST have freight forwarding experience.
Daily duties will include:
- Managing transport bookings
- Haulage allocation
- Customer service
- Maintain key accounts
- Monitoring KPI's
- Developing relationships with all suppliers and focal points and shipping lines
Skills needed:
- UK haulage operations, FCL / LCL and warehousing operations
- Intermodal and multiple ports operation
- Good geographic and container inventory knowledge
Working hours:
- Monday - Friday 0900am - 1730pm
