Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in March. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's social media marketing campaigns, advertising efforts, and publications. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to drive brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence.

  • Create engaging content

  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.

  1. Advertising Campaigns:
  • Assist in planning and executing online and offline advertising campaigns.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  1. Publications and Content Creation:
  • Support the creation of marketing materials

  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.

  • Assist in the distribution of publications through various channels.

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Analyse data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance and insights.

  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

  • Assist in organising and promoting company events and product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Desirable to have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management and advertising.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
