Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a facilities management firm, based in London as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Advisor.
The salary for this role is up to £40k per annum, depending on experience.
Hybrid working is available - 1 day per week from home.
HR Advisor:
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting Employment Relation cases, including Grievances, Investigations and complex Disciplinaries up to and including dismissal
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Management team and providing support and guidance
- Liaising with employee union representatives regarding cases
- TUPE- dealing with both IN and OUT, consulting with employees. Sending out letters and liaising with incumbent companies
- Consulting with employees about site closures and changes in shift patterns
- Addressing performance issues
Experience required:
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate a passion for HR
- Willingness to develop and learn
- Experience of managing ER related matters
- Experience of working at HR Advisor level.
- CIPD qualification, not essential but desirable
- The ability to speak Spanish OR Portuguese would be advantageous
