Customer Support Team Leader

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join one of the UK's leading vehicle rental specialists in our Northgate Centre in Darlington and bring the best possible experience for our customers. Operating in a business to business (B2B) environment, your role will focus on personnel management and development of a team of 8-12 Customer Support Representatives (CSR) in order to drive them to success.

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a motivated and engaged team and achieve this through weekly 121s, training, on the job coaching, continual performance feedback and quality monitoring.

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be accountable for creating personal development plans for each member of your hybrid team. You will play an active part in supporting CSRs as they progress through the CSC Pathway programme and identify opportunities to enhance and refresh the programme.

You will act as a second point of escalation for our diverse customer base, keeping customer satisfaction and communication at the heart of your decisions and behaviours in line with our values.

Salary - £27,380.94 per annum based on experience, enhanced by an annual bonus of up to £1800.
