Job Description

  • Receive and complete all calls/emails according to our Customer Commitment and keeping customers informed throughout their request or query until resolved.
  • Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures
  • Provide support for the Customer Service Executives and other departments. Making sure accurate data is checked and provided
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Other Ad hoc duties as required, and any reasonable requests made by Management and also attend training courses as required
