Are you a Service Engineer or similar with a background in a Manufacturing / FMCG environment looking to expand your knowledge with a rapidly expanding international company, who offer a field based position which will include vast amounts of travel, potential progression into senior roles and the opportunity to boost your earnings with overtime?
On offer is the opportunity to join one of the leading manufacturers of glass processing machinery in the world, they produce their own brand of bespoke machinery working with clients all over the UK and beyond. They are looking for additional Engineer's to expand their UK branch of the team to help on the Service, Breakdown and Installation teams.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance of various types of mechanical / electrical machinery including rollers, motors, belts, hydraulics and pneumatics. There is also a rotation of installation works which can include staying away for a week at a time, you will be paid door to door so any travel is paid as overtime and you will receive full training with trips to Austria included.
This role would suit a Service Engineer with a background in FMCG or Manufacturing looking for a field based role, within an international company who will offer full training, progression, travel bonuses alongside overtime to further boost earnings.
The Role:
- Mechanical / Electrical maintenance, reactive and planned.
- Installation of machinery around the UK
- Working on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Motors, Conveyors, Rollers
- Monday to Friday - 8AM-5PM
The Person:
- Service Engineer or similar
- Background in FMCG or Manufacturing environment
- Happy to travel around the UK
- Happy to stay overnight
- Full UK driving license
