Responsibilities;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients using Sage 50 & Quickbooks Online software and manual systems where necessary.
- Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures including reconciliation of ledger accounts.
- Produce financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and corporation tax returns.
- Preparing and submitting HMRC related returns including monthly PAYE/NI and quarterly VAT returns.
- Processing client payrolls including addressing general payroll queries, pension submissions and related matters.
- Providing administrative support and performing any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Serving as the key contact between the company and clients, effectively addressing client queries, ensuring timely communication and building strong relationships.
Requirements;
- 2 years of work experience within a UK practice
- Fluent in French
- Strong experience with both Quickbooks and Sage 50
