Description
- Processing invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
- Reconciling supplier statements and managing payments
- Assisting with month-end closing activities
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Managing the purchase ledger
- Resolving financial discrepancies promptly
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
- A solid understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software
