Description

  • Processing invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly
  • Reconciling supplier statements and managing payments
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc projects
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Managing the purchase ledger
  • Resolving financial discrepancies promptly

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • A solid understanding of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in a finance-related role
  • Degree in accounting, finance, or related field

Job Offer
